Flavaniods help to improve blood circulation. Those same compounds may also help reduce blood pressure.


Did we not at some point in our childhood always longed for a bar of chocolate. And, always licked off every last drop from the packet.


Surely chocolate can do wonders to your skin. Chocolate are used in beauty therapies. Chocolate facemask, soufflé, and even perfumes are a women's delight. A sensual chocolate foot massage can do wonders to your foot.

It is a luxurious practice at high-end hotels to slip in a piece of chocolate just beneath your pillow covers.
